Do I have to pay a monthly subscription for the POS software?
No. The core POS software is covered by a one-time payment. The PKR 20,000 package includes a lifetime usage licence with no recurring subscription for the core software. Optional AI services are billed separately after the complimentary trial period.
What is included in the PKR 20,000 package?
The PKR 20,000 package includes the core POS software licence, lifetime usage, and local software installation. It does not include AI services or cloud storage.
What is included in the PKR 30,000 package?
The PKR 30,000 package includes everything in the lifetime POS package plus six months of complimentary AI services. After six months, AI services are optional at PKR 10,000 per month and can be cancelled anytime. Cloud storage is not included.
What happens after the six-month AI trial?
After the six-month complimentary period, AI services are optional. If you choose to continue, they are available at PKR 10,000 per month. If you do not subscribe, your core POS software continues to work under its lifetime licence.
Can I cancel the AI subscription?
Yes. The AI subscription is optional and can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling AI services does not affect your core POS licence.
Can you develop custom features for my pharmacy?
Yes. Custom features can be developed for your pharmacy. We agree the scope, timeline, and quotation before development begins.
Is cloud storage included?
No. Cloud storage is an optional service, quoted separately. It is not included in the PKR 20,000 or PKR 30,000 packages.
